The easiest way to perform this task is
to:

A)
Scroll down to the
desired FSA (First three digits of Postal Code)
B) New
window opens showing counts for Houses, Apartments,
Businesses
C) Click LCW MAP (LCW = the letter carrier
walks for postal code)
D) If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader (which
is a free program fount at: www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
) the map will open, PRINT THIS MAP (using the fit
to page option in the print menu)
E) The number on the map corresponds with
the letter carrier numbers on counts
(close map window) Highlight counts -- cut and paste
into a text program like Word and PRINT THIS.
F) You now have a printed map and counts,
mark off the walks you want and add up the counts
for your total targeted desired distribution.
